What equipment do I need to take the Open Water class, and what is provided by the dive shop ?
To start the class YOU should have the following items : Mask , snorkel, fins, divers logbook, and booties suitable for both the pool and Lake environment. We recommend at least a 5mm neoprene boot with a hard sole.
The DIVE SHOP provides: Buoyancy Compensator , regulator set which includes 1st and 2nd stages, gauge, pressure Gauge, and dive computer for open water dives
A selection of dive gear is available to rent for open water dives, both during classes and for recreation. Students are given priority considerations for Open Water Training.
